Villa Astra is a four-bedroom residence where modern design meets leisure and comfort. Set in a private gated community with 24-hour security, the villa combines open, airy interiors with thoughtful touches for both relaxation and entertainment.
The open-plan living area extends naturally to the outdoor terrace, where the private eleven-meter pool and sun loungers set the stage for afternoons in the sun or evenings by the barbecue. Four well-appointed bedrooms, each with plush bedding and high-quality furnishings, provide restful sanctuaries after long days exploring Phuket.
Inside, Villa Astra stands apart with its dedicated pool table, designed for friendly competition and lively evenings. Guests can also enjoy an eighty five inch smart television, Netflix and YouTube Premium, a PlayStation 5, and an immersive surround sound system. High speed WiFi and a two-in-one washer and dryer add practical convenience for longer stays.
Guests may also take advantage of curated services including floating breakfasts, in-villa massage, airport transfers, and private excursions. Ideally positioned near beaches, dining, and wellness centers, Villa Astra blends comfort, entertainment, and accessibility.
Guests have full and private use of the villa, including four ensuite bedrooms, spacious indoor living areas, and an eleven-meter pool with outdoor lounge and dining spaces. The fully equipped kitchen and gas barbecue make hosting meals easy, whether inside or under the stars.

For larger groups, up to two additional rollaway beds can be arranged upon request at an extra fee. Our concierge team remains available throughout your stay to arrange tailored services from airport transfers and vehicle rentals to private dining and curated excursions.
At Villa Astra, every detail is designed to make your stay effortless. A dedicated villa manager will be available throughout your visit to assist with anything you may need, from local dining recommendations to arranging in-villa services and personalized excursions.
Our concierge team is accessible daily from 10 AM to 9 PM via messaging, providing seamless support for requests such as booking a private chef, scheduling a yacht charter, or securing last-minute arrangements. For urgent matters, you will also have access to a dedicated 24/7 contact number to ensure immediate assistance whenever required.
We value your privacy and independence, while remaining close at hand to deliver attentive and discreet service whenever it is needed.
At Villa Astra, every detail is designed to ensure both comfort and peace of mind. Electricity is charged at 7.5 THB per kW, and we kindly invite guests to use energy thoughtfully, switching off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
A refundable deposit of 10,000 THB is required for stays under one week, with an additional 10,000 THB applied for each extra week. This amount is fully refunded after departure, provided the villa has been treated with the same care with which it is presented.
In accordance with Thai immigration requirements, we ask that all guests provide a copy of their passport prior to check in.
Complimentary housekeeping is offered once a week for stays longer than seven days. Daily service can be arranged for a fee. The pool is serviced daily between 11 AM and 5 PM.
Our concierge service is available to arrange private dining, in-villa spa treatments, curated excursions, and transfers.
House Rules
At Villa Astra, we want every guest to enjoy a truly elevated experience. To maintain the highest standards of comfort, safety, and hospitality, we kindly ask that you follow these rules during your stay:
Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in after 4 PM
• Check-out before 12 PM
• Late check-out fees apply:
• 12 PM – 2 PM → 50% nightly rate
• After 2 PM → 100% nightly rate
Please switch off all lights, appliances, and air conditioners when leaving.
Guest Registration
Valid passport copies are required for all guests prior to check-in.
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of ฿10,000 is required for stays up to 7 nights, with an additional ฿10,000 per week for longer stays. Deposit must be paid prior to check-in by credit card only. Refunds are initiated on the day of checkout before 6 PM.
Electricity
Charged at 7.5 THB per kWh, billed by actual use.
Smoking
• Cigarettes indoors → ฿10,000 fine
• Cannabis indoors → ฿25,000 fine
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Noise & Guests
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
No unapproved parties, music events, or outside visitors.
Property Guidelines
• Pets, durian, and mangosteen are not permitted.
• Ensure the BBQ is turned off after use.
• Do not flush wipes or sanitary products in toilets.
Pool & Safety
Children must always be supervised at the pool.
Daily pool cleaning takes place between 11 AM – 5 PM.
Pool Table
No food or drinks may be placed on the pool table. Guests are responsible for any damage, repairs, or replacement if the table is misused or broken.
Respect for the Villa
Please treat the villa with care. Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged.
Rule Enforcement
Violation of rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
