The villa features three spacious en-suite bedrooms and an additional half bathroom, each styled with soft linens, elegant finishes, and calming décor. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a dishwasher, while the adjoining living area offers a Smart TV with Netflix, PlayStation 5, and plush seating that can be converted into an extra bed.

A gas barbecue is also available, perfect for relaxed outdoor meals with family and friends. The villa is secured by a private gate, ensuring peace of mind and total privacy throughout your stay.

Villa Eclipse is located in Rawai, a peaceful yet convenient area of southern Phuket. The villa is just a short 5 to 10 minute drive from Nai Harn and Rawai beaches, as well as vibrant dining, cafés, and local markets.
From Phuket International Airport, the journey to the villa takes approximately 45 minutes depending on traffic. Our concierge team can arrange a private airport transfer for a seamless arrival, with your driver meeting you directly at the terminal.
If you prefer to drive yourself, we recommend using Google Maps for the most accurate navigation. The exact villa address and pin location will be shared with you once your booking is confirmed. Private parking is available on-site.
At Villa Eclipse, every detail is designed to ensure both comfort and peace of mind. Electricity is charged at 7.5 THB per kW, and we kindly invite guests to use energy thoughtfully, switching off lights and air conditioning when not in use, as part of our shared commitment to sustainability.
For added reassurance, a segregated security deposit of 5,000 THB is required for stays under one week, with an additional 5,000 THB applied for each extra week. This amount is fully refunded after departure, provided the villa has been treated with the same care with which it is presented.
In accordance with Thai immigration requirements, we ask that all guests provide a copy of their passport prior to check in. This ensures a seamless arrival and compliance with local laws, allowing you to settle in without concern.
To maintain the villa’s pristine condition, complimentary housekeeping is offered once a week for stays longer than seven days. Should you desire the indulgence of daily service, our team will be delighted to arrange this for a modest fee. The pool too is carefully maintained every day between 11 AM and 5 PM. Our staff will attend discreetly to ensure the water remains sparkling and inviting; if you are enjoying a swim at that time, we simply ask for a brief pause while the service is completed.
