Secure parking is available for two cars, and the gated community offers round the clock security for complete peace of mind.
For larger groups, up to two additional rollaway beds can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Throughout your stay, our concierge team is available to coordinate personalized services including airport transfers, private dining, in villa spa treatments, and curated island experiences.

At Villa Luna, every detail is designed to ensure both comfort and peace of mind. Electricity is charged at 7.5 THB per kW, and we kindly invite guests to use energy thoughtfully, switching off lights and air conditioning when not in use, as part of our shared commitment to sustainability.
For added reassurance, a segregated security deposit of 10,000 THB is required for stays under one week, with an additional 10,000 THB applied for each extra week. This amount is fully refunded after departure, provided the villa has been treated with the same care with which it is presented.
In accordance with Thai immigration requirements, we ask that all guests provide a copy of their passport prior to check in. This ensures a seamless arrival and compliance with local laws, allowing you to settle in without concern.
To maintain the villa’s pristine condition, complimentary housekeeping is offered once a week for stays longer than seven days. Should you desire the indulgence of daily service, our team will be delighted to arrange this for a modest fee. The pool is carefully maintained every day between 11 AM and 5 PM. Our staff will attend discreetly to ensure the water remains sparkling and inviting; if you are enjoying a swim at that time, we simply ask for a brief pause while the service is completed.
Our concierge service is available throughout your stay to arrange private dining, in-villa spa treatments, curated excursions, and island transfers, ensuring every detail of your holiday is tailored to your preferences.

House Rules
At Villa Luna, we want every guest to enjoy a truly elevated experience. To maintain the highest standards of comfort, safety, and hospitality, we kindly ask that you follow these rules during your stay:
Check-in after 4 PM | Check-out before 12 PM
Late check-out subject to availability and additional fees:
• 12 PM – 2 PM → 50% of nightly rate
• After 2 PM → 100% of nightly rate
Please switch off all air conditioners, lights, and appliances when leaving the villa.
Guest registration with passport copies is required before check-in as per Thai law.
A refundable deposit of ฿10,000 is required for stays up to 7 nights, with an additional ฿10,000 per week for longer stays. Deposit must be paid by credit card prior to check-in; cash cannot be accepted. Refunds are processed on the day of check-out before 6 PM, subject to compliance with house rules.
Electricity is charged at 7.5 THB per kWh, billed by actual consumption.
Smoking indoors incurs fines: ฿10,000 for cigarettes, ฿25,000 for cannabis. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 9 AM. No unregistered overnight guests, parties, or events without prior approval.
Pets, durian, and mangosteen are not allowed. Please ensure the gas BBQ is turned off after use. Do not flush wipes or sanitary products in toilets.
Children must always be supervised at the pool. Daily pool cleaning takes place between 11 AM – 5 PM.
If house rules are broken, the reservation may be terminated without refund.
