• Identity: name, email, phone number.
• Booking: activity, date, number of travellers, hotel, pick-up location.
• Payment: processed by Stripe. We only keep the transaction identifier — never the full card number.
• Technical: server logs (IP, user-agent) kept 30 days to detect abuse.

To deliver the service, we pass the operator only what they need: name, traveller count, pick-up time, hotel, special notes. Never your email or payment data.

• Stripe — payment processing (Ireland / USA).
• Resend — transactional email delivery (USA).
• Respond.io — WhatsApp messaging with clients (Thailand / USA).
• FlowAccount — accounting invoice issuance (Thailand).

• Booking data: 5 years (Thai accounting requirement).
• Client magic links: 30 days after issuance.
• Server logs: 30 days.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@everywhr.com. We respond within 30 days. Data we must retain by law (invoices) can only be deleted after the statutory period.

The site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies (session, language preference, in-progress booking). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
