Everywhr acts as an intermediary between clients and activity operators (tour companies, boat operators, guides). Services are delivered by these partners under their own responsibility; Everywhr is responsible for partner selection and commercial service quality, not the on-site operational responsibility.

Payment is processed online through Stripe in THB. The booking is confirmed as soon as Stripe validates the payment. A confirmation email and a PDF voucher are issued automatically.

In case of a technical failure between Stripe and our system, we confirm the booking manually within 24 hours. If no confirmation arrives, contact bookings@everywhr.com with your reference.

All bookings are final upon payment confirmation. Purchases are non-refundable. If Everywhr or the operator is unable to deliver the service (extreme weather, safety incident), we will offer a complimentary reschedule at our discretion.

• Provide accurate contact details (email, WhatsApp) to receive the voucher and reminders.
• Arrive on time at the meeting or pick-up location.
• Respect the operator's safety rules and on-site instructions.
• Declare any medical condition or dietary restriction at the time of booking.

Everywhr shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure, weather conditions preventing the activity, or the client's failure to follow the operator's safety instructions. High-risk activities (diving, motorbike, ATV, boat) are subject to each partner's own insurance and rules.

These terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Phuket.
